I'd support legislation to sent all fat people to a fat camp and they can't leave until they hit a certain benchmark.

Or you could give up your job peddling booze and making it more difficult for people to lose weight.

All should make sacrifices

If you're 6' 200+ lbs and not very muscular, you're not skinny fat. You're fat-fat.

What if you're 6' over 250 and have a resting heart rate of sixty? Fat skinny?

I'm 5'10". Last November I weighed right at 260 lbs. I thought this was me (a) liking cheeseburgers too much and (2) being in my mid-40's.

Turns out I was wrong and my wright gain was actually fluid retention caused by congestive heart failure. The heart failure itself was caused by a birth defect on my mitral valve. In November I had my valve replaced along with two bypasses and now weight 191 lbs. as of this morning.

I don't understand why this is so hard for people to grasp. Sorry but the average person in the US much less South LA is fat, very fat.

People have come to accept fatness and now what was once considered to be fat is now normal and if you watch what you eat or are ripped you are made fun of.

the average man in the US now has a BF% of 28% and woman is 40%. thats crazy high. fro reference

BTW if your waist measurement around your naval is 36"+ you are fat, if its 40"+ you are obese.

Someone that size isn't always fat. One of my teammates in college was 5'11, 285 and had a 54" chest, and benched about 500lbs. He was just damn wide, and muscular as frick. Carried his weight well.

I hit that mark at 13 so I would have to say my parents not knowing a damn thing about nutrition or understanding some kids can't eat, sugary cereal, fried foods, and processed crap and not gain weight.

Eventually got up to 400lbs in my early 30's. Down to 280 and still working on it.
