I don't think so, necessarily. Someone who lives in a weight room from the time they're 14-22 (high school through college) can be that size and carry that weight well. They just look huge, but I don't think many people would look at them and say "they're fat."

I'm 6'8 so I think 250 is actually within the "what should you weight for height" so I wouldn't feel bad. Alas, I'm not totally there yet.

5'10 and 191 makes you a hobbit on the OT. I guess it is easier to mudcheck fools with that low center of gravity

Well it all started when I was in the 5th grade and asked my great grandmother to fix me a cheeseburger for lunch. She made me two, and I've been a little chunky ever since.

I'd like to see what you'd look like if you went through what I've gone through since last summer.

Actually scratch that, I wouldn't wish this on anyone.

My best bud had a life threatening problem, spent 5.5 months in the hospital, and lost about 90lbs. He went from a size 42 pant to a 32. Crazy stuff. The hospital is a shitty place.

I am convinced I'll either live until I'm 100+ out of irony, or I'll go out in a blaze of glory before I'm 40

What's funny is my older brother (he's 48) is 6'0', weighs something like 350 lbs plus, eats nothing but truck stop cheese burgers, drinks about a gallon of sweet tea a day, smokes two packs a day, and drives a truck for a living. But it was me who ended up with a bad ticker.

I would assume eating like shite and very minimal exercise had something to do with it

I dunno, maybe because as a whole, obesity related health problems cost us tax payers as arse load each year?

I'm 6'1" & 252 lbs. Before I got married I was between 215-235 depending on my workout regimen.

My bloodwork & cholesterol numbers are in the healthy range.

If I were to break 260, then I'd start looking in to some changes. Until then, I'm good.
