If you're 6' 200+ lbs and not very muscular, you're not skinny fat. You're fat-fat.
You're high as a kite. I'm 6'1" and if I drop below 190 I look like I have full blown AIDS. I'm not talking about having no muscle mass either, I'm talking broad shoulders and good arm definition but my face is so drawn it's gross.

Turns out I was wrong and my wright gain was actually fluid retention caused by congestive heart failure. The heart failure itself was caused by a birth defect on my mitral valve. In November I had my valve replaced along with two bypasses and now weight 191 lbs. as of this morning
I'm 5'9" and was around 200 until this past September. Fell in a coma, which led to me quiting booze and losing fourty pounds while literally sleeping through it all. It was a blessing in disguise.

Heavily worked out while also working manual labor simultaneously, butttt then I stopped working out.
And kept the appetite. As well as the injuries.
For the record, I was a beast at my peak. But now I look like every over the hill ex-highschool fullback whose ever lived.

Cap'n Crunch late at night. I'm not a fat frick like you, but that's how it would happen. Seriously though, if you want to cut some calories I would start eating pickles as a snack. You can thank me later.

Someone that size isn't always fat. One of my teammates in college was 5'11, 285 and had a 54" chest, and benched about 500lbs. He was just damn wide, and muscular as frick. Carried his weight well.
This is called "one in a million."
Uh, I can think of three guys who fit that description off the top of my head.

It's true. I'm very broad across my back and shoulders. Below 190 I'm wearing 30" waist pants (loose) and my cheeks are sunken. Of course the AIDS comment is hyperbole but that weight does not look good on me.

Dude, I'm with you. Little dudes don't understand a guy that has a big frame can carry A LOT more weight and still look normal.
I'm 6'2. When I dropped to 220 my mom asked me me if I was anorexic. I laughed but she was fricking serious.

I am 6'0" and on January 1 I weighed 258. It took 25 years of my wife's cooking to get there. On the way down again, finally. 245 this morning.

I'm right there with you.
6' 242 2 weeks ago I'm at 236 as of this morning.
I'm trying to get down to 210-215
Under 200 I look like a crackhead I haven't been under 200 more than 2xs since I was 17
I'm gonna be to give up alcohol for lent so that should given me a good jump start to get there

If you're such a self centered a-hole that you constantly judge others instead of looking in the mirror to see the many things that you could be improving about yourself....
How did this happen to you?
If you're looking to criticize someone, look inward. I'd bet there is plenty there to criticize.

6' 260 here. of course i'm overweight, but i'm still strong and still move well, when I do, which is rarely, which is why i'm 260. I have no health issues and all my blood work and what not at my annual checkups come back good.
Having large legs makes a person weigh a lot more than they look. Back in college one of my best friends and I worked out all the time. If you looked at us at first glance and tried to guess our weight you would have likely said we both weighed around 200, and this was at our peak strength around age 23. He weighed about 185 and I weighed 225. He skipped leg day to say the least, but he had bird legs. I have tree trunk legs.
If I had to pick a weight at 6' that I would feel most comfortable, it would be 225, and as a mid 30 year old with 2 little kids that don't give me much time to do anything, i'd settle for 240 and i'd look good at 240. I weighed 160-170 from about age 15 to 19. I have no desire to ever be that skinny and weak again. I'd rather be slightly overweight at 250 then be 175.

dude no offense but no you would not. Are you telling me you are at your 100% natural maximum muscle mass? Because even at that you could get down to 6% and be shredded. I highly highly doubt you are carrying that much muscle mass around.
Its ok if you are fat and like that look but don't try and fool yourself into thinking that you would look sick if you dropped to 10% bf.

The fatties in denial ITT are hilarious. It's not a big deal to admit you are overweight. Most people are.
