This tweet from Lyons is pretty telling in that Brennan may no longer be a priority to this staff. Hopefully they have word on who the OC will ultimately be to make such a drastic move this late in the game.

I think both of the QB recruits have figured out that O is just telling them what they want to hear. After O offered Tua, Brennan sent Narcisse a text that said "WTF?" They did the whole in-house visit with Narcisse, and told him they want dual threat and how he fits their scheme perfectly and blah blah blah ... Then when O called Brennan, he told him the exact opposite, how the best player will play, etc. Then Brennan and Narcisse compared notes, and it just didn't add up. You can't just bs recruits the way you could in years past, because nowadays they all know each other from camps and whatnot and can communicate much more easily.

It's Lyons, who still brags that he got into an argument with Brandon Browner. Wouldn't believe much of anything he says

That poster is very close with the Narcisse family, and what he said shouldn't surprise any of us.

I just don't understand under any circumstance how we are not kissing Brennan's arse until signing day! I would be on his doorstep every morning just to high five him and wish him a great day! This guy is not a statue , so I don't care what kind of offense LSU runs. This guy can get it done. It would be an astronomical fail to not sign him in this class.

This would be crazy to do without having an OC in place.
So we spent the last 10 years trying to run an offense that didnt fit our QBs, now we're turning away star QBs that want to come here so we can run a different offense. Whats so hard about recruiting the best players we can get and then designing the offense around their skill set?
