Nov 19th is out of the questions. Doesnt want to play on Oct. 29th unless bama does. And moving SEC championship sounds like a lot of red tape is the issue.
Sounds like to me this wont be made up with the way he spoke.

Will be funny to watch this board implode when we finish 6-1 and don't go to Atlanta.
ETA: Not saying I want this to happen people. Just referencing all the people on this board who don't want to reschedule the game, or who don't want to play on October 29th unless Alabama plays that day too.
Those will be the same people melting and blaming our administration if we finish 6-1 and miss out on Atlanta.

As long as he's been told that at 6-1 LSU goes to the SECCG, I'm find not making up the game Get healthy and kick the gators arse in Atlanta.

He actually suggested division records should be used to determine the teams for Atlanta. Thanks solves all those issue and negates Fla advantage.

We should not cut off our noses to spite our face. We likely need this game to be rescheduled in order to have any chance of making the SECC. That may become a moot issue, but it isn't at this point.

At this point, just like it's been the entire time, this screw up is on the SEC and Sankey. He should have threatened UF with forfeit or should have made a decision earlier in the week. He did neither. UF should not but punished at this point (though they deserve it). Likewise, LSU, A&M, UGA and others should not have their entire schedules messed up to accommodate the incompetence of UF and the SEC--perhaps it would have been different if it were the result of a disaster, but this is a man-made clusterfrick. The SEC needs to let it play out because the results are a byproduct of their incompetence.

Well that would be the best date to do it, IMO. Having off the week before Bama has not helped us in the past. December 3rd not happening.

This is the correct answer. SEC is hoping and praying we get beat by Ole Miss and Bama beats Tennessee.
