Sure, you're happy with mediocrity and others saw what a buffoon he was right away. 1 title since 2005 with all that talent. I think you're the idiot for being happy with that.

I have no doubt he had his hand on some of the defense. They just don't improve that much with Les gone unless he did.
Meh. I can chalk that up to another week with the new system coupled with higher energy from shorter practices.

Yes, you're quite the moron. Tennessee 2005. Oh I get it, "only a good man like Miles could walk the team through the Katrina season"... and I agreed he was a really good guy for how he handled everything. That's why you move on with him and then watch that 2006 team lose 2 games. That team was better than 2007. Then you watch 2007 and that team loses 2 games and gets the luckiest breaks in the world to not lose more and still goes to the NC. 2008 and 09 I won't even give him crap for since Perriloux screwed him, but he could have had something better in the wings. shite, Bama has freshman after freshman come in and do fine because they have a competent coach working with their QB's.
2010-2013 - If you don't see wasted years there with 0 titles to show for it, then... never mind you've already shown you're an idiot.

you're just walking off this cliff, eh?
Posted on 10/4/16 at 2:04 pm to Sho Nuff
even the bama fans were saying we should have been favorites to win it all in 2012 after losing in 2011.
Miles easily had 4 maybe 5 teams that were natty material.

Hey. A fella can dream, no?
The media showed clips of this exact lineup as one of them they were trying out in practice.
Pocic RT
Boutte RG
Dodd C
Teuhuma LG
Okeke LT
It's also been reported that Brumfeld will start at LG so who knows.

I just winder why the plays act so shocked and heart broken over Miles Leaving, yet they are excited and renewed at the same time. Its weird
dont think anyone wants to see anything bad happen to a loveable guy.. I mean he did care alot about his players and they knew that.. he was just a blooming idiot when it came to coaching football.. Ill keep saying it to this day, LSU made Miles not the other way around..

Okeke has 1st round potential if he can put it together.

2006, 2007, 2011, and 2012 are no brainer NC caliber teams. To come away with 1 back door lucky title with 2 losses is embarrassing and shows how bad of a coach Miles is. 2010 and 2013 were really good and with some competence and little luck "coulda been contenders".

aside from the much discussed offensive philosophy the most interesting things to watch now that he's gone we'll be to see how this team performs down the stretch with emphasis on fresh legs and penalties. Those were things that really held back some of those earlier talented teams.

this is something that I really like
I know the last year I played basketball, we had a new coach that ran us hard all season long, every practice, and by the end of the season we were dead

the shite that comes out afterwards...goddamnit les

I just want the Les pumpers to be consistent.
If Les wasn't handed anything special, like they have said for years when defending Les, because the 2004 team went 9-4 (never mind that it was 9-3, never mind that it was an 11 game regular season with one less rent-a-win), then surely the next coach is inheriting mediocrity by getting a 9-3 last year and 2-2 this year team.
If the next coach wins 2 SEC titles and 1 2-loss national title in the next 12 seasons he will deserve a statue, I guess.

One of the most undisciplined teams I have ever seen. It has been beyond frustrating all these years watching the same dumb arse penalties and clock mismanagement issues. The practice thing I wasn't so aware of until this has all come to light. There's going to be a lot of angry folks as they realize what LSU lost out on.
