Saw him post on FB recently and then I saw today that he died. Very sad day. May he see thousands of tailing reds up above in Heaven.

I didn't know Manny but judging from the acts of the people that he associated with and called him a friend he was definitely judged a "keeper". Prayers sent for you and his family.

I never come to this board .. never. But by chance did today. I have no clue about the circumstances of his death BUT I do know that my grandfather died in a duck blind when I was 7 or so and I remember people saying that there was no place he would have rathered be.

We think that he most likely had a seizure and was thrown out of the boat. Autopsy should be done tomorrow. Thank you for all the kind words & support. Please keep Manny & his family in your prayers.

Damn smoke, my fishing partners brother went the same way a few years back scouting for tourney. I know he went out doing what he loved, but it's way too soon.

I met him several times. Always very warm and such a friendly guy. I'm really sorry for you smoke, and praying for his family as well. Hang in there buddy.
