My first marriage lasted 19 years. I am still paying for it.
Six years later, I am engaged to a younger woman. I have helped her in countless ways. But, I'm not giving up half of my stuff again.
It's a trap that makes people stay in bad marriages.
I think she and I will be awesome together.

I turn 50 next month. I have dedicated myself to getting up at 5 am and going to the gym. I stay fit as I can.

Like others said. Get your testosterone checked. If you are under 450, you should get injections. Oral T , creams and gels don't work.
Get up at 5 and go lift 4-5 times a week.
I'm about to turn 50 and I feel damn good.
If you are not sleeping....ambien helps. Trazadone helps lots of people...

I drive by an EV dealership on my way home from work. They have one wrapped.
I didn't want to like them, but it looks pretty cool.

Thanks! I've been looking at Isokern and FireRock. The prefabricated ones are pricey! Might be the only way to go though. My first plan was to use normal bricks/cement blocks and then line the actual fire area with fire bricks.

So, I have started doing my own projects around my house. Built my own carport. Poured a slab (13x20) out back to build a pavillion. I've decided to build an outdoor fireplace.

$15 million? Eastern Tennessee. Homestead up to cattle ranch. Extra cash put into safety if you are a prepper.
Easy choice for me.
Texas is just too close to the open border. Northeast is too full of angry people. West coast too full of liberals. Utah is great, but too dry too often....

Played highschool, college and for the military.....playing on turf always screwed up the play of the ball. I whiffed many times on "turf" kicks. Sucks for this kid that it was for state championship. That's futbol!...
