Why Do You guys think cruises are trashy?

I got back from a carnival one on Sunday. Didn't feel trashy at all.

If you go to the Caribbean, totally. Go to Alaska via Vancouver or to the Mediterranean or Scandinavian routes and they're pretty choice ways to travel for a week or two.

I've heard Alaskan Cruises are legit. I got the impression this guy was talking about a 5 hour stop in Freeport.

Some cruises are trashy, some aren't.
If you take a 14 night cruise on a line like Regent or Oceania it's not trashy.
But a 3 night cruise to Nassau will be a different experience.
