Where, besides from Kiera, can one buy runestones/glyphs or the means to create them?
You can craft them, but I have yet to find many, if any, of the blank runestones that are required. All the glyphs and runestones I need I purchase from the armorer and blacksmith at Kaer Trolde. That is my main trash dump, they are together and can craft everything under mastercrafted IIRC.
As someone pointed out here or in the other thread, you can drop items and they stay there. So far this sack of useless notes and books are still here my the signpost I dropped them at. For some reason I just can't seem to bring myself to dropping these extra witcher sets for storage there.
My biggest pet peeve about this game is how I'm practically invincible in combat, but let me fall over 10 ft or let a bomb go off within earshot of me and it's Drop Dead Fred.

Yea, I'm pretty much hoarding all my letters and what not. I hate not being able to store stuff like that. Even on quests I've completed, I'm paranoid that it will for some reason come up again

Yeah I jumped a flight of stairs and was a sliver of health away from dying

I fought a level 24 Gargoyle last night. Took me a couple tries. The time I finally beat him, I had about half my health left and he only needed one hit, so I dove in to deliver the final blow. Right as I hit him, he poisoned me. He died, then all of a sudden my health just plummets. I couldn't have had more than 1% left. I was yelling at the tv for it to stop

Where you read this?
On the Witcher 3 website:
cat techniques bug
Griffin/Bear may not be bugged, though some were saying they were too. Folks in that thread are saying it's an issue with extra crit damage in the game in general, swords included. Apparently just a partial bug, you get the fast attack damage but not the crit damage.

How can you revert Yen back to her original outfit if you DL the DLC?

there is a downloadable content tab somewhere within the title screen that you can toggle it on and off

New patch is live it seems.

Man the Ekhidna Decoction is a bit OP it restores health when you use stamina. Basically sprint or roll till you get full health

May need to look into that. Pretty sweet.

I've been enjoying composing screenshots:

Very nice. I would have had a badass shot if I was ready for it last night. Was wandering around Bald Mountain, and it started to storm. AS I was looking at the tree, lighting flashed directly behind it, lighting it up. It was very ominous and spooky looking.

It rebuilds slowly but I couple it with another one that restores health with damage dealt

Only noticeable things are bigger text and that it blares the music during conversation. Had to turn it down

It's true, they fixed the experience bug, so I'm assuming your brick issue during pyres will be fixed as well. Though part of the experience issue is that they had quests mislabeled as far as level goes I think. Pyres of Novigrad and the quest after it are both like level 6-7 quest now, so still not giving much experience.

WHOOOOOOOOO. I could care less about experience at this moment. I'm already 21 so I'm pretty sure I'll be OP'd no matter what after I complete Novigrad. I still have some sidequests and contracts to complete as well. As long as the Pyres bug is fixed I'm happy.

They fixed the exp bug for sure, also changed some of the material requirements for potions. Enhanced elemental and enhanced hanged man oils no longer require ekkimura hides to make (and I'm assuming superior won't either), so that's nice as well since there are so few ekkimura.
