5'9" 195 is pretty big. You must carry a lot of muscle.

You should still have a general idea of what your bp is. You can still be skinny and have signs of heart disease.

ETA: To answer op...last one I took was 102/54

Mine is always way too high. I am only 32, 5'9" and 150 lbs Definitely not overweight. I walk all day at work and take my dog for a walk every day but I don't eat well, I know that. I am also diabetic. I am just going to die soon, ah well, not going out eating salads. Will go to the doc this summer and see about getting on meds for blood pressure but in my past no doctor has taken my high blood pressure seriously because of my age and weight, they assume it is just "white coat syndrome" or anxiety. If they thought it was anxiety then I would have appreciated some good meds for that.

It's usually 120/80.
I finished my bi-yearly company mandated medicals yesterday. I did all my chest x-rays and breathing tests last week while I had a chest cold.
I did my vitals yesterday after being awake over 30 hours supervising a high stress operation and it was 144/90.

Shitty timing for a medical but I got a Xanax script out of it.

I need to go to the doctor soon, I think I have something wrong. My second number has been really high.

I'm waiting until May so that way my insurance will kick in and cover a specialist.

156/115 just now.

Fat =/= high blood pressure

28 yrs old 5'10 284 At my doc appt last week it was 114/76.

It was a tad high for me. I haz a good heart. At least for now. When I get older I am sure the weight will catch up if I don't keep losing it. I am down 33 lbs in 2 months right now.
