Me and twain (for those old enough to remember) both agree it's lake city, Florida. Halfway between jacksonville and Tallahassee.

Lafayette.

Edit: But really, I don't remember the name of the town, but it was in the mountains of Virginia and it looked straight out of a horror movie. Couldn't leave that place fast enough.

Some random Gerrman town where we had to switch trains coming from Prague and going to Munich. It was like the Hills Have Eyes

The train station was the town.

You just wanted to let people know about how you knew about a twain reference, didn't you?

Flanders is just pissed that none of his toothless pregant waitresses have called or texted him (that's correct--they declined to give out their number, opting to take his instead). True story all the way around.

Buttfrick, Kentucky. Can't remember the exact name, but all I saw was some Hillbilly Jim looking mf'ers. And the only shoes in town were the ones on me and the wife. Good thing I had on cologne. Apparently those nasty mf'ers are allergic. Started vomiting and shite on their chicken shite stained overalls.
