Can I boil them like crawfish. My son would love this...... he loves lobster and his birthday (and mine) is coming up.

When I did it, I found that they didn't soak up the seasoning. Some have said to poke holes to allow the seasoning inside...

I don't enjoy them seasoned like crawfish. Lobsters have a completely different delicate delightful flavor. They need salt, drawn butter and lemon only when steamed or boiled, for my taste.

Can someone mention what they seasoned them with for grilling? Other techniques also welcome.

I think I was constantly basing with butter for the few minutes they were on the grill...

I've used lemon pepper when I've grilled tails. Brush with butter than then the lemon pepper.

You were in FL lol

I won't boil them again...the grill was much better flavor. I forget exactly my my friend used but it was some sort of garlic butter concoction. I'd love to take the tail off, butterfly, pull the meat out and steam. I plan to try it once I get my steam oven.

We split them with a regular knife

And loaded them up

You can get lobster at Restaurant Depot for $5.99 a lb. for 1.5 and below, or $9.99 a lb. for over 1.5 lbs.
