One who eats at a McDonalds in Chinatown. I hope he's trolling.

Princeton, NJ is about as nice as you can get anywhere in America.

It sure is. I spent a summer program at Lawrenceville Prep about 15 miles from Princeton. That area kicks arse on any area in the South.

Part of South Jersey I've been in was pretty great (Franklinville/Washington Township). Everything was clean, people were nice, great weather, close to Philly

Stayed in Abbington Township, PA over July 4th 1982. Great area, very close to South Jersey.

Chinatown has all but gobbled up Little Italy. I can't believe he was that close and didn't have some good Italian food.

Didn't eat at Mickey D's, just got a sweet tea and grabbed a seat for a while. Did look at the prices though.

I actually ate pizza at a cool little pizza place up from Chinatown. Great pizza, and not expensive at all for what you get.

And yes, Chinatown has all but taken over little Italy.

For those of you thinking that I judge the state of New Jersey by one city, wrong, everything I've seen so far seems really subpar. I'm sure there are nice places, but to see a major city as run down and neglected as Newark is, kinda makes you think. BTW, Jersey City ddoesn't look much better.

I've spent some time in New Jersey. I tell people from Louisiana that the best way to describe flying into Newark is... imagine a large, international airport, located in Chalmette. You have to weave between the chemical plants to find the airport. Newark is a terrible, terrible place.

The Jersey shore is overrated, too. Of course, we got ripped off in a parking lot, so, it was a negative experience for me.

That having been said... Princeton is beyond awesome. Red Bank might be one of the nicest "Main Street" town in the world. The 24 hour diner thing is pretty neat - and it's actual good diner food. There was also a chain called Friendly's that had amazing ice cream sundaes.

Say hello to Jack Burton for me while you're up there.

BTW, Camden is the nicest city in Jersey. Goes downhill from there.

Question for anybody:

If you worked in Lawrenceville would you live nearby in NJ, maybe north toward Princeton or go south into PA toward Philly?
