bullfrog is the most durable sunscreen that I have ever found...everything else that I have ever tried while fishing either washes or sweats off pretty quickly...

when I use bullfrog, it stays on all day through heavy activity and actually has to be rubbed off with pretty heavy soap in the shower that night...

That's all we put on our kids. I normally don't use any, which is probably stupid.

I onmy use the bullfrog stick on my face. I use the cheap stuff everywheres else and apply as needed.

Best thing if to wear a straw hat and a long sleve shirt.

I wear long sleeves, a hat, a buff face mask, and pants whenever possible. I keep the cheapest, biggest bottle of lotion they sell at the register at academy. I apply to my hands and feet in the morning and at lunch. I'm still white as a ghost and I've fished every weekend since the beginning of May. I need to find some good thin pants for when it gets hotter.

I wear one when I'm fishing... Got it several years ago from my ex's brother. He swore by them. He is a guide... Fly fishing for redfish. Good dude, great guide... Figured he wouldn't steer me wrong.

the neutragena stuff is pretty good. The spray bottle seems to last longer

Neutrogena in the morning and Bullfrog in the sun. When fishing, long sleeves and long pants with hat. Red hair and I've already had enough stuff cut off my skin that I probably can't buy any additional life insurance.

If you can find it, try Blue Lizard sunscreen. It is by far the best that I have ever used.

The bullfrog and any other spray will eat The paint off an aluminum flatboat though

We've pretty sure that some spray sunscreen will leave a redish stain on white decks of boats. It doesn't come off when you scrub the deck either. It will eventually fade away, but it's a pain for the few days that it's there. We're not 100% positive that the spray was what caused it, but since we've cut out using it, we haven't had problems. I don't allow sprays in my boat because of that.

If the suns bright and the bugs are out, it's well worth it.

Long sleeve shirt and long pants.

I use the neutrogena oil free stuff for my face. Sometimes I use the zinc oxide too.

If you ever go overseas look for sunscreen and bring a bottle back. Some stuff is legit and has titanium or aluminum dioxide in it.
