re: Trump tax plan mini review - eng08
Ok repealing the Amt I think that's great. Who cares if it's removal instead pushes the wealthy to donate to charity? OP is operating under the assumption that the government was efficient at using the amt funds for beneficial support to the less fortunate. I think almost everyone can agree the g...

re: Question/Advice on trespassers - eng08
Like I said earlier the biggest thing is filling out a report with the sheriffs office to document each occurrence. It's a pain, but I watched the guys next door do it every time on a repeat trespasser. He finally got the hint and stopped, then a few months later the court system caught up and he wa...

re: Question/Advice on trespassers - eng08
That's why you fill out the damn paperwork at the sheriffs office every time they come onsite. You have to build the case, since the sheriff doesn't have time to spend on it....

re: Question/Advice on trespassers - eng08
Just file reports with the sheriffs office, you can decide later if you want to press charges but let's all be honest - if you do not press charges it will not stop. Each dated photo (even if you can't see face) should be submitted as an individual incident and the paperwork filed at sheriffs of...

re: Let's talk about the advantages/disadvantages of single-axle/walk-behind tractors - eng08
Yeah, and that was the biggest selling point to me. And the implements are pretty much interchangeable between manufacturs. You can buy lightly used and get a walkbehind tractor that can do like 5-6 things for the same price as a big Deere mower/yard tractor....

re: Let's talk about the advantages/disadvantages of single-axle/walk-behind tractors - eng08
I think they look pretty neat and have read up on them a bunch. They would certainly provide you mobility around obstacles. My yard is much too small to get one now, but they are on my list of items to get when I get a larger property. As for brush piles - try to bury them to get them to degra...
