Bad Dealership Experiences

I'm sitting at the dealership now buying a car and it's taking fricking forever. Nothing particularly bad has happened, it's just a pretty miserable process overall.
But since I'm bored I was wondering, what bad experiences (if any) have you had at dealerships?

My brother almost got into a physical altercation with the finance manager of a dealership a while back.

Your brother sounds like he has issues.

You're acting like buying a car is some epic, insurmountable task that only millionaires are capable of completing.
You broke or something brah?

If you're now waiting on finance, it's probably because your credit sucks and they're shopping the deal around to every bank in the country to get an approval.
Or you're at a shitty dealership.

Never wait.
That is oldest tactic in the book.

You should've got a loan from your bank, and told those bastards to have the paper work ready when you got there.

Worked at one off and on for a couple of years. It was the world's most boring job.

When i was buying my car the owner of the dealership kept telling me to buy automatic instead of manual. The flappy paddle gear box is faster, but it costs more and I don't want it. He was very defensive and rude about it. I left and he called me 5 times apologizing. Took my business elsewhere.

If your brother almost got in a fist fight over a business transaction he is an idiot. If it was that bad he should of walked out on the deal way before it got that far.

You sound like a brat and like you are buying your first car. The dealership probably overcharged you on a BMW 3 series.
