How to deal with a child molester in your neighborhood

A young lady, whose brother is a convicted child molester just out on probation, is being caught up in a family dispute. Not in my jurisdiction but how would you advise the young lady with a small girl?

I'm not even sure what you're asking. But you could always plant drugs on him and call his PO.

I don't understand the situation. Is it family or a neighbor?

Is minding your business an option?

I'm a Sheriff's Deputy in another state, haven't read his P&P paperwork and the young lady is the sister of the offender. My question was how to instruct the young lady since her brother(offender) wants to see his sister. I know what I would do here in my jurisdiction but not familiar with how to advise that far away.

With all due respect, Deputy, why is it your business to advise her at all?

He's served his time, leave him alone.

I would advise her to leave her daughter home when she visits him.

So what would you do in your jurisdiction? I mean, what difference does it make if you're a deputy?
Does she want to see him? If not, no issue, don't see him. If she does, it seems pretty simple, don't leave him alone with her daughter. If their parents (or other family) are pressuring her to see him and she doesn't want to have contact, she needs to tell them she doesn't trust him.

This young lady, she be your woman? I must request pics.
It's pretty simple from her standpoint. She can either see him or not. But she shouldn't leave her kid alone with him, lest a nosy neighbor alert OCS.
From his standpoint, he's gotta clear any traveling with his PO and if seeing his niece is an issue then that's on him to abide.
