With all due respect, Deputy, why is it your business to advise her at all?
Because she has a young daughter and she takes her with her everywhere she goes.

My question was how to instruct the young lady since her brother(offender) wants to see his sister.
So some guy wants to see his sister?

Isn't this sort of thing normal in Alabama?

I know what I would do here in my jurisdiction but not familiar with how to advise that far away.
Mind your business, dumbfrick..
You barely type English in the 1st post. Don't go offering nitwit advice to these people.

Why would this be a problem for anybody when they're adults?

Ma'am, usually there is a 'safe' distance that molesters have to stay away from juveniles following a conviction on molestation charges.

Yes, but what does that have to do with any duty on your part to advise her? If I understand it, you are a Deputy Sheriff in jurisdiction A and she is going to live in jurisdiction B. What concern is it of yours? Has she sought your advice on this matter? It seems to me pretty simple, if she wants to see her brother she should do so and leave her child with some other family member or friend if she doesn't want her brother to see his niece.

In my jurisdiction, I would advise her not to make that visit.

Stay away from grade schools and I think you'll be ok.

I agree except she asked my wife what she should do.

You sound like a babbling idiot.... Don't you have a dog to shoot or something? Get out of these people's business, you will do them no good at this point

I would answer this but all I would get was tl/dr

I'm not following this at all. It seems pretty cut and dry, from what I think you're asking, but it leaves me wondering how two adults couldn't figure out what to do here and how you got to be a deputy sherif. Can you explain this a little better?

Yep.....your parents failed miserably

I'm too drunk to taste this chicken.

I am sorry, but I do not understand how a grown woman with a child needs advice on whether she should see her brother, a convicted child molester. If I were a woman and had a convict brother I may or may not want to see him. I am quite sure that if I did want to see him, I would leave my child with some other responsible adult.

You're right...he can't spell sheriff correctly. To idiots like you that would be interesting.
