When I put mine next to the fire for the skin I pour two ice cold beers over the skin and it makes it really pop. Normally about three or so minutes.

Just rotated it at the 3hr mark. 114 internal ham temp. Best guess on pit temp is 260.

About 6hrs on. 33 deg shy of target temp. Shooting to pull it off 5:30- 6ish. I think it's pretty much on track

Hasn't increased temp in an hour. Hovering at 140. Damnit. Just fed it sone more fuel. 2.5 hrs till pull time

Temp is up. 164 in the hams 171 in the shoulders. Radio communication is about the cease. I'll update tomorrow, providing I don't loose my camerea
