GFY, gotta play with the had dealt.

Also need themes for drinking, or else you look like you are drinking before noon on Wednesday for no reason.

Staying in Louisiana will give you some good beers, but very few great beers.

Well, I plan on taking it a little easy and trying a few of the releases for this week.

SBD - TR Blonde Ale, hey LA selections are limited here

True that! Theme drinking is fun, although I don't care about drinking before noon....

Anybody ever tried Bitter Monk by Anchorage?

Had a guy tell me today that it was one of the best IPA's available...

How does one forget a case of this?

It's good. Real good. If you're expecting a west coast IPA, then you're in for a big disappointment. I'll add this as well: Parish FIPA is a damn good beer, and Bitter Monk makes Parish FIPA taste like Jockamo. My opinion, of course.

I would have skipped out on the Tallgrass IPA and got their 8-Bit pale ale. Far superior beer. Let us know how that Ethos is though. I'm interested in it.
