I eat very healthy but traveling with my job can make it a challenge. I try to pick up healthy items from grocery stores but I'm always looking for healthy fast food items as well. Some of the grilled wraps only have about 350 calories and have around 30 grams of protein. I'm just curious how they taste.

i had the crispy chicken and ranch one.... i think its like 580 calories. it was surprisingly good. by far one of the best tasting things i have had at mcdonalds, and they are huge, very filling.

that being said its mcdonalds and it still is garbage. but if you have no other option its not bad

Is it too expensive to where you can't just buy one and try?

Ever had grilled chicken from a fast food place? Same thing in a wrap

Is it really called premium?

There's nothing premium about McDonald's

This. It can only get so good.

Subway would be a better choice as far as fast food chains go.

Fast food threads around here always end up in debates.

Grilled chicken chili one is 360 calories and the friend one with bacon is 600. Per their website.

Seem they like should be healthy. Only bad thing would be the tortilla itself. Those things usually have 100-150 calories themselves.

I say that, but you would think there's no way their salads could be bad and those suckers had practically 1000 calories.

I tried the crispy chicken & bacon one this past weekend. I was going to go for grilled chicken, but thought maybe the fried chicken would taste better...it didn't. I didn't really find the flavor of the garlic sauce to be all that good. Sure, I ate most of the wrap, but I don't know that I'll waste 600 calories in that manner again anytime soon.

That's what I think every time I see that commercial.

I also like how they unwrap the thing.

That and it's just hard to believe. Fast food is easy enough to avoid, but if he's been to a concert, sporting event, movie, etc. in the last 8 years he's eaten fast food.
