If the SEC is a four team league in the NCAA then we would be the third likely SEC for the NIT. I think it was really big for UGA and ARK to lose today. We will see, keep it close tomorrow!

(Posted on 3/14/13 at 10:46 pm to drizztiger) Just looking at numbers: 2012: LSU RPI: 90 NIT Automatic Bids: 11 LSU Record: 18-15 So far in 2013: LSU RPI: 81 NIT Automatic Bids: 7 LSU Record: 19-11 I'm thinking LSU is in as of right now. A win tomorrow would absolutely clinch it. I know the NCAA bubble is pretty damn weak which isn't good for us (neither is the SEC being a shite show), but I think they are in. Hosting is another matter entirely, but since that's a bid process it's not out of the question.
