Most important thing is watching your carb intake. That, and just trying to eat smaller portions. After you finish a meal, try drinking a big glass of water if you're still hungry. Flame away if you will, but I lost 50 lbs by doing this with no exercise....

Completely agree. Those brisket fries are great though! Forgot to mention, I was very put off when I ordered a Canebrake, took a sip, and looked down at the date on the bottle to find that this particular beer was bottled over 2 years ago! Lost a lot of respect for the place after that haha...
