Doing something very similar. Making a spicy chicken spaghetti with spaghetti squash. Will throw in some mushrooms in there too. Never did spaghetti squash before.

Prepare to be amazed.

You're like the broads who work in my office. They fricking love chocolate. Stuff it down their faces all day. Diet Cokes too. Most consume 3-4 cans a day.

any place to buy this magnificent sounding stuff?

It's the mother in law's recipe.

Sautéed green onions in some butter. 2 blocks of Mexican velveeta and 12 oz of pet milk. Melt all that together like you would rotel dip. Once it is done, add the crawfish. Damn good stuff.

We are going to Orlando's in Madisonville. I will probably get a few pounds of crawfish.

My wife had a meeting to go to this evening and I had to fend for myself. I had to eat leftover Crawfish Etouffe' I made Sunday.

Lucky me!!!!!

Gotcha. Thanks for the recipe. Seems like my biggest problem is lack of crawfish.

Steak done. Served with Chopped Walnut, Cranberry, Feta salad with raspberry vinaigrette.

Mistake to plate them together, sort of a salty sweet common ground between the two.

I was proud because it wasn't from a bottle!

At any rate, the pork was actually very flavorful and tender. Roasted butternut squash and Brussels sprouts, peppers & mushrooms.
