Amsterdam is to create "Scum villages" where nuisance neighbours and anti-social tenants will be exiled from the city and rehoused in caravans or containers with "minimal services" under constant police supervision.

Sounds like EBR to me.

I don't remember seeing any gypsies when I was in Amsterdam 2 years ago.

Gypsies got real bad when we hit Montpelier, France.

Off topic, but relevant to your post.

Gypsies descended from lower caste Indians

In response to the O, the government that gives you nothing can take everything away, too. To me, that's okay. My only concern is whether the person from whom things are taken away perceives "due process"

A planned scum village or a Sinti/Romani?

If a village, where do these things already exist?

Not in Alabama, but yes, I've evicted lots of Section 8 tenants and represented landlords that accepted Section 8 tenants

Not always, BBTAIM

The quote you posted with no context was a metaphor for Amsterdam, it is clear from the article these people are going to inferior housing if they go to the 'scum village'.
