Get a platesetter from the get go for sure. Also going to need that ash tool thing. I also use my grid extender at least 50% of the time. Those 3 things are what I consider must haves.

The Big Green Egg is the biggest scam since Golden Corrals endless Tilapia buffet. I could make a BGE in 30 minutes with a hanger, a sautering iron, and 6lbs of stainless steel

What is a grid extender? I can't find it on the BGE website.

Skip the ash tool. Get a small shopvac... You can get more use out of it and it's much faster
