It isn't outdoor rated so I wouldn't put it in direct weather but covered under a carport should be ok. The only weather ra...
The solution I'm buying this week is the Illumi Bulbs and using the IFTTT proximity locator to turn on the bulbs when I, or family, get close to home. I also decorate the house with Christmas lights so these will fit in for that also. Also plan on making a IFTTT for LSU football games which w...

I want to install some landscaping uplighting that changes colors via wink. Figured the easiest way to do that would be with a housing and hue or similar bulb.
switch hub brands
I read last night that wink doesn't do the coding work for support until a brand pays them to do it... That's why you don't have Sonos for example. Is that true? If so I might reconsider this thing which sucks because I threw the box away. ...

Have any of you guys ever heard of land scaping lights the change colors and can connect to wink or etc? I want up lights that turn purple and gold on gameday.

I know it's just an announcement but the lack of Lutron was the deciding factor that made me go with wink. Now that it's allegedly coming im wondering if I picked wrong. Seems like smart things just has more behind it in terms of support. ...

It's done within the app so any of the wink compatible switches will do that. I have my outside lights on a sunset/sunrise schedule.
