I liked the ones at Shipley's in New Braunfels but I may not know any better.

Any new word on this?

Still happening?

I hope so.

I hope they are good. Every single kolache I've tried in BR has been sorely disappointing.

Heavenly Donuts on Highland and Perkins has kolaches. Their boudin one is good.

I've tried them.

Turrible.

Their donuts, on the other hand, are fricking awesome. Almost as good as Tony's Donuts were back in the day.

The problem with them is they can vary wildly between who makes them. Some places use too much bread while some others use the wrong spices in the sausage.
