Spankys said all bars on river were asked to close by Lp officials.

id imagine they would have closed with the river being closed because id assume that is a big chunk of business for them.
i wonder how much money the lp is costing each of these bars

My son was to go Tiki Tubing tomorrow. I have never been, know nothing of the river or anything except that it's in D. Springs. Will that be open or safe?

That will be open, safe, and trashy... As normal.

FYI, and not looking to get my butt kicked by annoyed people/boaters lashing out, LDWF and the sherrifs will be enforcing "no wake zones" in most of lower St Martin and St Mary parish this weekend. Wakes in high water can trash peoples warfs, or worse send water into homes. Unless you wanna idle to where ever you are going, may need to exercise some judgement.
Please feel free to disparage my character for the above piece of advice.
