must be because of the amount of water entering Lake Pontchartrain from the Bonne Carre

shite we were kayaking on the Amite between I-12 and Port Vincent. Do yall think they will mess with paddlers?

highly unlikely, they are worried about the wakes of power boats

Wrong, the Parish lines follow the old Bayou Pierre, some of the Livingston side is Ascension and vise versa.

My wife said the water was alomst over the dock last night, the southeast wind is the problem.

They will put barricades up on the launches. I have seen boats on the water when they close it down and LDWF is on them quick…

Its pretty rare when I don't have to drive. On the few days on the water that I get to drink, I start early.

Canal bank boat landing had lots of water in it.... Very few boats. frick I'm getting a XXL at spankys

thanks for the report, this is bullshite, wanted to cross the lake tomorrow and go people watching at the prop stop

Just heard prop stop is closed this weekend. Guess I picked a good weekend to stay in town.
