Up a bit bc a buddy came in for the weekend and wants to hit a few ole favorite spots which is throwing me off a bit but ill be doing some extra jump rope to minimize the impact a bit.

Beat my 5k PR today by ~75 seconds. Average pace of 7:09/mile. Not a bad day.

Actually since July 4, I've switched to 1 day a week of drinking more than 1/2. There has been a few days I've come home and had only 1 or 2 though.
