I feel like my willpower is at an all time high right now. People at work brought in cupcakes on monday and doughnuts tuesday. Left overs of both still in the work kitchen. I think I've opened the box and stared down those frickers 50 times. Much like the strip club a strict look but don't touch policy has kept me going.

Have managed to go up about a pound and a half this week even though I haven't been cheating or anything. Oh well, it'll be off again sooner rather than later.

I just started this program about 3 weeks ago, but took the last week and half or so off after I slipped on the ladder at work last week.

I just started doing the stronglifts thing that some of the guys in here were talking about earlier. It's been pretty good for me, as right now I'm just working on getting stronger. I'm too big of a guy to be as weak as I am, so this is my main focus in the gym right now.

I had never done them up until about 2 months ago and even then it was nothing more than working with the bar to try and get my form proper.

Had never done a deadlift before that time either and now those are two of my favorite things to do, which is good since I have to do squats 3x a week

Squats are amazing, man. Why would your knees buckle? If you do them right they don't cause knee pain.. start with just the bar and work on form, and increase the weight slowly

Currently out of country on vacation right now. Trying not to focus too much on the diet right now but rather just enjoying the trip and scenery. Food is good but I'll still practice portion control. Plan on getting back on track and hitting it hard for a few days before Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Rough weekend. I didn't think it was enough to go from 248 on Saturday to the number I got this morning...there's no way I ate that much food this weekend, so I'm just going to assume I will give birth to a 2-3 pound food baby in the next couple of days. Not how I wanted to start the week, but shite happens I guess.
