Good job on mileage yesterday Hulk keep it up, I've also started eating a cup of oatmeal after a work out I feel full immediately and I don't get the hunger cravings that used to accompany me after a work out

I've been gone from here a while. Just coming check in. Football season and heavy drinking hasn't messed me up much. Still in the gym every morning. Running slightly more but only because I want to run a half Marathon.
Still doing IF everyday. It's basically just become part of my everyday routine. I believe it really helps me maintain where I want to be.
May try to start leaning out again soon. But for now I'm happy.

Keep up the good work here guys.

I need to try the oatmeal. For some reason eve since I've been taking protein and preworkput supplements I've been much hungrier throughout the day. I'll eat a big arse chicken breast, rice and eggs for lunch every day but I can't stop being hungry. Before taking the protein and supplements I had no problem fighting hunger. Im eating MORE now and am still more hungry than before. I thought running burned more calories than lifting and I'm running less and lifting more so idk what the cause is.

Well exercise in general is going to make you "hungrier." Which is part of the reason so many experts say 6 meals a day to curb hunger and snacking. That is my biggest problem, I usually have a protein shake around 5 in the morning and then I will be good till lunch but once I eat lunch I will get hungry again around 3 or 4

Lot of new faces in here. Haven't really had time to read back through, is Myth alright? I'm really surprised to not see him here. I'm glad you're hanging in Hulk and Bench. I'm going to try to make myself post here every day. I need some sort of accountability.

He was around during his office competition, but refused to post his #s.

I went pretty ham on exercise today, albeit all on the spot and not planned. Walked 1.5 miles (tdeuce, you'll see like 1.02 or something.. I got a phone call while I was walking and it auto-paused the workout:( ) then helped some friends move their furniture and appliances, then hit the gym and did deadlifts, clean and jerks, and bench press. I'm officially exhausted.

I also took all of my measurements today and even though I didn't lose any weight this year, I have lost around 2 inches on every body part except for my neck. Pretty excited about that, a silver lining to a not-so-good year for my weight loss goals..
