Alcoholic dehydration will do that. You probably weigh less today than Friday.

Anyone know carb facts on raw versus processed honey?

Not a clue... Although 1 teaspoon of raw honey has 17 carbs (or is that tablespoon?)

tsp = teaspoon
tbsp = tablespoon

3 teaspoons = 1 tablespoon

the more you know!

*edit*

Also after some quick searching, the 17 carb number is about all that I can find...but nothing seems to differentiate between raw/processed.

I like myfitnesspal when tracking calories because of the scanning of barcodes...but since being on Nutrisystem I haven't really had to use anything to be honest. fitness tracking I do all through the interface that the YMCA has setup and they just have a mobile site that I use to access it while doing workouts.

Never used the bodybuilding one, what does it do?
I like this care pass one as it links all of my apps into one

Helped my friend move yesterday, had Kaminari. I didn't go overboard, stopped when I was satisfied.. Healthier than other options but still a gain, probably mostly from sodium. All in all, not bad.

The way my weight has fluctuated the last 5 days I'm not sure if that number is going to actually stick and be something to work on, or if it's just an anomaly after the stress of yesterday...either way my spirits are up a bit for today
