Oh how I love this.... Let's get this one thing straight...YOU or ANY OF US are not entitled to shite. Nobody OWES you shite. And you do not deserve anything but viewing privileges from the tigers... And nothing you cry about will change any of that... Not for the better at least

correct...absolutely pitiful display of poor sportsmanship....listening to the cannibals attacking their own team is just sickening...

we're 10th, on best run in the history of LSU, and this board and most fans do nothing but complain...crazy, crazy world...

Boy you sure do have selective hearing (well reading) I am far from satisfied with our offensive performance, but like I said, booing or bitching on a website won't fix anything... But does leave the possibility to chase some recruits away as showed In a previous post

Why do so many get their panties in a wad when the media has something negative to say about fans not being happy with a teams record? TYou do realize that the media also does the very same thing that we are accused of doing. They talk about the offense and the coacching staff as being clueless. They take shots at the offenses expense all the time.

They generally think Miles is an idiot, etc., etc. No denying this offense is close to being the worst in CFB. Fans will always show displeasure when such is the case. Ask Texas coach Mack Brown.

Meh ... I never really felt threatened by WV in 4th. We were a couple of penalties away from winning that on easy.

btw ... not trying to take of the offense. Just saying.

It's funny you say this.

I don't often give the announcers a lot of credit, but Franklin's sidekick correctly makes mention of this in his game commentary.

In response to the obvious cat calls in the second half, he says, these fans know their football down here, and some of that is coming out now.

You'd do just as well to shut up.

I don't have a problem voicing disgust, but I don't like people leaving early and booing. Not everybody reads the rant, but a lot of people watch tv and can see and hear the fans leaving and booing.

Nega-Tigers have Become a National Disgrace
i can honestly say i was embarrased to be a tiger fan on sat. night...not because of the horrible play calling, bad qb play or the butter-fingers we have at wide receiver...no i was embarrased because of the so called fans in the stadium...i mean seriously how can someone who is supposed to be a fan boo the team...this is a bad day for a TRUE tiger fan

This is true. I have friends in other parts of the country, and they have made a point of commenting on this. "you guys always seem to brag about being the best fans in the country, but come on now; people leaving early in a close game, against a ranked team? Booing the team? That's a joke."

NOBODY watching the games on TV elsewhere thinks it's anywhere near justified. WVU was undefeated, ranked, with a solid history of playing well and beating other SEC teams (another annoying mantra is the "we're SEC so of course we should win". Remember that WVU beat Georgia in the Sugar, and that year was in Atlanta post-Katrina. WVU wasn't afraid of us).

I'm in the consensus with everyone else- I would love to see a more efficient offense. But we still are winning the games, and I'm not terrified of our upcoming opponents- I think our defense can handle any team in college.

dude, really? Not looking to argue, but of ALL the teams on our schedule, with the possible exception of Fla, WVU is the one team with skill players to score on any play. If Devine had broken a big play, that wouldn't have shocked anybody besides us (and I was still worried in the 4th about him).

You jackasses think booing effects recruiting, you should hear Les's weekly Houston interview. Then more importantly, the subsequent clowning his arse receives by the hosts and callers for the next hour.

"Who's your pick for LSU-WVU?"

"Well, LSU has Patrick Peterson and an incedible defense, so they are alot more talented. But they do have Les Miles, so WVU definitly has a shot."

Every week I hear this shite. You dumbasses thinking the fans are responsible for the decline...

yeah, its not just Houston.

On the Scott Van Pelt show last week, a national radio show, they were setting betting lines for things that were going to happen on college football Saturday, over/under type things. Some were serious, some were jokes.

one of them was

"over/under the amount of times the ESPN cameras show Les Miles and Bill Stewart with a look of bewilderment on their face"

I have to admit, i laughed. I dont thnk its the fans that is ruining LSU. If anything, they are trying to save it.

Little more than a CYA statement.

Not doubt the play calling caused some boos, but if you think none of those boos were directed at a player/position, you are mistaken.

Bottom line...4-0, 2-0 after playing 4 BCS schools 2 of which were ranked when we played them, ranked 10th in the nation, and never trailing in a game is not booing material. imo

I think I'm pretty much a "posi-tiger", but let's check the Miles history books going into the Florida game.

2005: 3-1 #10
2006: 4-1 #9
2007: 5-0 #1
2008: 4-0 #4
2009: 5-0 #4
2010: 4-0 #10 (with UT still to play)

We're right on par with where this team has started nearly every year. It doesn't seem to be any indicator of how well we do against Florida, Alabama, Arkansas, and Ole Miss.

Defensive and offensive production do however.

Defense - check
Offense - not so much

"The offense is the national disgrace. National media is laughing at our inability to move the ball on offense."

It befuddles me why so many of our fans get their personal feelings hurt because of the perception that the nation is "laughing" at them because LSU's offense is not effective. No one is making fun of you, fellows. No one is laughing at you. Dang, grow up, you crybabies!

2010: 4-0 #10 (with UT still to play)

And we finished:

2005=#6
2006=#3
2007=#1
2009=n/r
2009=#17
2010=#10---to this point

Call me crazy, but with the LSU football history being what it has been in the last 30 years or so...are we really going to piss and moan over the last 5 seasons and 4 games?
