Nope, they don't fry, but their grilled catfish is awesome. Try the Catfish Desiard if you're ever up there.

Dave's is pretty good. Forgot about that one. Never had middendorfs. I'll have to try it next time i'm down.

I'm sure that I'll get blasted for saying this but I never really cared for Middendorfs. I find that their fried catfish is like eating fried crust. I really enjoy their boiled crabs when they are in season.

A friend took me to a place on the Tchefuncte River that was amazing. No idea the name. Best crawfish I've ever had.

The concrete cinderblock place close to the turn off to Charlie's Funhouse right before the bridge over the Tickfaw? That is the only one I know about.
