I don't see why they couldn't be a #2 seed if they win out all the way through the SEC championship.

I say at best a #3 seed. And for that to happen would require a lot of luck.

it could happen IMO...yeah your tournament resume means a lot but what also means a lot is what have you done for me lately and maybe even more important is media perception...if we win our next 5 games we are guaranteed to be in the top 8 to 10 in the nation in the polls...plus we would be 10-0 in our last 10 which is what the committee looks at even though we'd really be 15-0! so i would say yes there is a good chance!

Yes. Add in a RPI that won't be far from top 8, and a regular season and tournament title in a major conference, and there is a decent chance at a 2 seed. 3 seed at worst.

im not really sure of the way they set up the teams for the tournament, but though we dont have an impressive ooc record. havent we not lost since we last played an ooc foe (xavier) which was what, a few months ago?

At 30-4, at least a 3 seed is a virtual lock and I definitely see a #2 as a strong possibility.

I think lsu is a lock for a 2 seed if they win out. That's a big if.

LSU would need EVERYTHING to go right for them.
Besides winning out and winning the tournament, for example, they would need a team like Duke to lose to UNC at the end of the season and then lose in the first or second round of the ACC tournament.

It's a possibility if we win out. Our RPI still won't be great, but our ranking should improve quite a bit. We would probably be ranked around 6-7.

We did beat Wash St. which everyone tends to forget. They are also playing well right now. Beat Ucla Arizona and Arizona St recently

It would sure be nice to be a 2 seed. U get to play no name teams the first game.
