Nope.

I've had burritos that did not include rice, that's just an optional filler. Never had boudin that did not include rice.

Rice is in some chipotle or Taco Bell burritos and the like and a fairly new phenomenon.

Traditional burritos don’t have rice as far as I know. And shouldn’t.
