Gosh dang that's a beaut. I wish I could take her but I've got two pups and a dying old dog to deal with right now.

I put mine down a month ago and I’d love her if the others fall out

We would love to adopt her. We live in Baton Rouge and currently have a 9.5 yr old yellow lab at home. Spoiled that gets exercised daily. Been looking for a friend for him. Let me know. Thanks

Is she out of the chewing stage and does she jump up on people when they come near? We had one several years ago that chewed everything in sight including furniture. I’m not sure why but my daughter is scared to death of any dog that jumps up on her. We live on 20 acres in rural St. Tammany and have several ponds. My wife has been trying to convince me to get our daughter another dog and I just won’t do it. Of course my options have been along the lines of a golden doodle, shite zu, etc. I wouldn’t mind having a good country dog. I will be in Baton Rouge early tomorrow until around lunch. I’d like to come take a look at her and talk to you a little more about her. Would you be around about lunch time tomorrow?

We had a black lab we lost some years back and about three months our beagle passed away. The house seem empty now. I'd seriously consider taking her.

I have a 9 month old yellow... such great dogs. I’m currently in contact with an earlier poster but will let you know if things don’t work out. Thanks for your willingness to help!

chewing stage

I’d never leave her unsupervised, but she doesn’t chew things up in front of you. Very obedient.

She’s pretty good about not jumping except for when entering/excited greeting. She does get jumpy when playing with high energy children though. Not as bad as some but would need to be trained out of it.

Hate to hear that. Few things hit hard like losing a family pet. Currently there’s a bit of interest and I’m in contact with the first interested, but I’ll email you if things change.

Please put me on the list, if others fall through. Beautiful dog, reminds me a lot of our old girl.

We would be interested we don’t have any pets. Our last lab passed at 14 about a year and a half ago. We have three kids that have been begging for a dog but we needed to find just the right one and skip the puppy stage. We are in auburn but would be willing to come get her. We would also be willing to pay $200 for the effort.

Please put me on the list. Love to have her. Had to put my 10 year old yellow down this summer and her littermate has been moping around ever since. In the country, plenty of room to run around.

I'd take her in a split second. My other chocolate would love the company...but then I saw her eyes...and my heart broke. She looks just like my Annabelle who we put down earlier this year, and I realized I'm not over the loss yet. I hope someone loves that baby and takes care of her where ever she goes.
