The Advocate this morning, if Miles is interviewing behind his back.

There is no "behind anyone's back". I know for a fact that several players read this board.

Nice to know the OC search isn't dead regardless of the Michigan situation. Thanks for the info.

I don't know a whole lot but what I do know is miles is interviewing 3 or so for OC. I hear kragthorpe is leading candidate. Michigan has not contacted miles, if they do I think he may talk to them but I can't really tell if he would really leave if offered at this point.

IF Miles goes to Michigan he takes Crowton with him.

Well, throw one of those batteries back into the stands and I think you could hit someone to call a more imaginative offense. I haven't been a proponent of firing Krags during the season before; now I'm leaning that way. Send a message that the undiciplined mess of a game plan is unacceptable, that wasting timeouts when a game is coming down to the wire is moronic, that having a team with good field position look like they've never run a 2 minute drill is pathetic.

I think Stanford's Offense and Wisconsin's would work great at LSU.

that's all well and good, but you could pull quotes and blogs on miles that make him look like the shittiest coach in america (particularly from this board).

why didn't you post any of the stuff smart football wrote about him... which was overarchingly positive...

Isn't it odd that Crowton so adamantly claims he is returning in The Advocate this morning, if Miles is interviewing behind his back. If BP knows, then Crowton knows. Seems Crowton would have left some wiggle room, but his comments were clear.

Maybe letting Miles know he not going to be looking and if you want him gone...fire me and give me my money.

this would be such a classic Miles move. FINALLY getting rid of a terrible coach only to follow it up by making a ho-hum hire to replace him
