And - fwiw not thrilled that Kragthorpe is who is leading, he is Crowton 2.0. But thrilled to hear Miles seems to be intent on staying put.

That guy is Crowton 2.0
True, there are some guys who are meant to be coordinators rather than HCs. But when a coach fails that spectacularly as a HC, it tells me he also has some weaknesses as a coordinator.
