Kind of like that ho-hum Chavis hire, huh?

is would be such a classic Miles move.

Really? The only coach he has gotten rid of has been the 2 headed paperweight at DC. And they were replaced by Chavis. That was a great hire.

F Kragthorpe my choice would be Norm Chow.

Really? What has he done since he left USC?

Many thought Chavis was a ho-hum hire. Some still do.

Others loved and continue to love the hire.

to a lesser degree, yep. But more like the Crowton hire sev yrs ago. Uninspiring and the only reason it's somewhat exciting is bc it's someone new who isn't a complete disaster. UF gets Weis, Miles targets Kragthorpe

He has been trying to run a offense the Pistol that is Neuhiesuls not his. He is a pro style guy who can coach up Quarterbacks.

I'll take just about anyone over option to the short side.

Does anyone want to bet that, assuming GC is replaced, the option to the short side and the game/play clock mismanagement remain?

Oh, and whose fault will it be next year? So far we've had Bill Clay, Fisher, Katrina, Mall-veto, Perrilloux, Porter, Crowton and Jefferson/Lee. He's got a top-notch DC, a hot QB recruit and, assuming the replacement, a new hand-selected OC.

Who will be left blame? My $$ is Studrawa as the next fall-guy in a long line of trying to justify losing to the Kentuckys and Arkansases of the world, Clock Mismanagement, KW not seeing the field, etc.

Are you one of those that think that Miles is actually calling the plays?

I'll give you Crowton, but Chavis, really? Our defense has improved each year.

I'll take that bet.

And I feel confident doing so, because we had a different OC under Miles, and that shite didn't happen.

Miles delegates to his assistants (maybe to a fault at times) and it is why he is successful hiring guys.
