Plantation is my favorite. Went there for lunch today and had it w/ a Vietnamese poboy :bow:...
I have had multiple bad experiences at that location as well. Won't go back. And whoever's idea it was to put those iron chairs on the outdoor back patio should be executed....

I was always under the assumption that it was an all-nighter that hadn't wrapped up yet. And no, Marsellus is not Bonnie's uncle....
Really sad, because back in the 90s that Pizza Hut was the best I've ever been to. Then Lundy Enterprises took over and it all went to shite....
From what I heard, the name of the place is Kabob's. Not too wise, considering there's a new Indian restaurant opening in the old Pizza Hut red roof right down the street, plus Curry -N- Kabob on Coursey and Bay Leaf and Himalayas on Sherwood......

I love potato salad with my gumbo. It is very common, from what I've seen. I've also seen people put hard-boiled eggs in gumbo, and in the Opelousas area gumbo is served with a sweet potato....
