Hard to go wrong if the ball is at his feet. Every extra hour he puts in will show. I'd also say to make sure there are fun and challenging elements; that will help keep his drive going.

Yes, that's usually what happens when left to mark two players. He took one step to follow the guy closer to him that was running towards the 18 and then saw the other runner....

Downside of staggering the episode releases is that every episode has to deliver. I agree with everyone saying this episode doesn't move the needle.
