You need to get your HIV viral load down to improve the symptoms

Had it since july and still hasn't gotten much better. Similar brace as lando, but I don't wear it enough. My dad actually just had the surgery to make it better. Says it's worth it.

That doesn't make me feel any better.

My doctor has be wearing a brace and gave me some anti inflammatory patches. If pain hasn't gotten any better in 1 month, his giving me a steroid shot

Yea I got the steroid shot when diagnosed. Feels fine for a few weeks then comes back. I need shoulder surgery so I'm wondering if he'll knock out both at once.

Sleeping in a splint can help a lot with those type issues.

Had it over the summer. Pain didn’t stop for about 2 months when I finally went to the doc and got a shot in the tendon sheath. About a week later I was back to normal. Go get the shot.

I was looking for answers, yesterday, for this exact thing! I've been having this issue sporadically, for about 2 months now. Saturday, it really flared up which is what ultimately lead to me google it. Gonna go with the brace/ splint at night and see what that does before getting any doctors involved.

Sounds like tendonitis affecting a starting cornerback in the NFL.

I had the same pain that you are describing a week ago. Figured that it was something like this. shite sucked, but it only lasted about 2 days, and it stopped hurting completely on Tuesday.

I wore it for a couple week and finally went to the Dr, he made me wear it for 2 more week before he would give me a shot. I would go ahead and schedule an apt. After the shot it got better in a day or two, hasn't come back yet, been 2 years.

ETA the shot hurts like hell FWIW but better than wearing the brace forever.
