Any recs on an estate sale company in Baton Rouge? Or recs on what to do with a house full of furniture less than 8 years old.

We used Estates by Two Sisters to sell my parents house off Highland when my father died. They were fantastic to work with. The ladies are very professional and my mom was pleased with what she made. They even take care of donating what doesn't sell if you want them to. Would recommend 100%

Most around here keep 30%.
Just get out what you want to keep. Don’t worry about throwing out anything you may think is worthless. They’ll organize and try to sell everything, and stuff you think is trash may sell. Our seller said they strike a deal with a clean out crew to take whatever is left (plus or minus some cash) to remove all that’s left and clean the house.

I called Estates by Two Sisters. The estate was not large enough for them but they gave me the name of someone who does smaller sales. I will post my recommendation on them after the sale. Our sale is in the 3000-4000 range.
