This is true. WVU has a great rep for traveling to bowl games so we may be a better draw than TCU. But if Okie Lite jumps to #2, I want no part of Bama in the Sugar Bowl....

It's been reported that if WVU wanted to leave the BE for the 2012 season, the buyout was negotiated to be around $20mil. Actually, PSU has regretted the Big 10 move for years now.
Before the Big East, JoePa wanted another form of an Eastern Conference with teams like PSU, Pitt, Cuse, WVU, BC, etc. but they wanted a TX-like deal of TV revenue at the time, so it never came to be....
