Dallas has 3 or 4 different places to try EMS. I stay away from the franchises, their trainers seem to have less training experience....

I do EMS once a week and run 4 days a week. I try to hit the gym once or twice a week because it's a good stress reliever but I don't feel guilty if I miss because the EMS is so effective...

Been using it for 6 yrs. It's legit. Hits areas that traditional weight training can't. It takes your other workouts to the next level ...
