I keep getting emails/adds.

Have any of you used them or seen someone use them?

These the dudes who made the Scor wedges? If so, then they are legit. I love my Scor wedges.

Bought the 59,55,and 51.
Four rounds in and they are amazing.

I have the 49,53,57,and 60 degree. Actually bought 2 of each since every time my grooves got worn and I needed a new set, they had stopped making them. Scor, then Hogan TK, now Edison. Edison is different than the first two, in that it’s perimeter weighted. They’re awesome around the greens, like the others. Because the sweet spot is in the center instead of towards the bottom, I lose about 10 yards on hard, tight lies. Because of that, I’m still trying to figure out my yardages with these clubs.

How many rounds per year are you getting in? Are the grooves wearing out quickly?

How much practice?

I assume they wear about like anything else.

I holed out twice for eagle this week with my current 2019 wedges, but I am always interested in new gear.

Bopper, have you tested Edison?

I have hit Edison and loved them. One of my playing partner plays them and raves about them.

When my current Vokeys wear down, I'm going Edison.

Thanks to this board for honest reviews.

I like the ideas Edison puts into the clubs. I know I miss short more than long or left/right. Maybe this will allow for more consistency.

For some reason, my wedges wear out faster than the other irons. I practice a lot, and I hit low, spinny shots, which probably causes more wear.

I need to do this.

At least you’ve found wedges that suit you.

Just ordered a 57 degree head only.

I will install a S400 black onyx shaft in it.

I’m thinking 49,53,57 for me.

I’d keep my set pitching wedge at 43.

I like the practicality of the sole. I don’t really want to have a garage full of different grinds/bounces- I’m just not that talented.

This Koehler sole resolves all of that for those of us without tour vans following us around.

FWIW ...

Matt at PIG just posted a review on the new Edison Wedges. Both Matt and Meeker love them and game them.

How was the online fitting process?
Did you have specs (lie angle, grind, etc) to send them?
Just imagine it is more challenging to not get an in-person fitting.

You don’t hit the center enough, get some National Custom Works from Don White

They have everything listed as options as far as length and lie angle.

Their Koehler sole is a universal bounce(high in front/low in back) and grind.

These are designed for non-elite players.

You probably are not their target market since you have exacting, detailed fitting data.

How many wedges do you have in the garage with various bounces and grinds so you can game the right clubs for the conditions?

I just like the idea of simplifying the process and having a better miss. I jarred 2 shots with wedges last week- so of course I’m tinkering with equipment!

Please post some feedback on your practice sessions with the new wedge.

I should have my wedges soon, and I’ll work in the short game area.

Sure will.

I ordered the 57 degree head only and it's got quite a bit of heft to it.

I'm taking it Saturday to get shafted.
